10 cent of Napoleon III, 1856

Details
What could it buy?
In Belgium a French centime was worth the same as a Belgian one. A glass of faro in Brussels cost 12 centimes in 1855: just a little more than this coin. A labourer then earned about 1.50 francs a day, or 15 of these coins.
Approximate, in the prices and wages of the time.
